1. Cookies

Customer details may be collected through forms on the website. We do not sell or share any of this information with third parties. The information collected may be used for the following purposes:

  • distribute updates, details about our activities, and promotional materials that might interest you

  • monitor access to the members-only area of our website

  • assess site performance

  • improve our website and services

 
3. Payment Security

All online transactions on our website are secured with industry-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption. This secure SSL encryption ensures that when you input your bank card details into our order form and click the purchase or book button, your data is encrypted during transmission. This encryption shields your information from being visible to anyone online. Additionally, your payment is processed automatically without human intervention.

4. Disclaimer
 
Our website may include links to external sites. While we may link to these websites, we are not liable for their content or their privacy practices. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policies of these linked sites, as they may have additional terms and conditions that apply to you.

Booking

Your contract is with Mansak Tours Ltd. Below are some of the obligations which are required under this agreement. Please read them carefully. When you make a booking with us, you thereby accept this agreement and make it a legally binding contract between us.

1.1 Booking Application
 
All travel applications with Mansak Tours Ltd must be submitted either through our manual or online booking forms. Each booking requires a deposit per person, as specified on our website, which is non-refundable. No firm commitment is made until your deposit has been received.


1.2 Payment of Balance

The full balance of your chosen package must be paid by the date (deadline) indicated on our website. If the payment is not made by this date, Mansak Tours Ltd reserves the right to cancel the booking without notice.

ANY ADDITIONAL COST ADDED FROM THE SAUDI HAJJ AND UMRAH MINISTRY FOR THE DURATION OF HAJJ AND UMRAH MUST BE COVERED BY THE APPLICANT & NOT MANSAK TOURS LTD INCLUDING CHARGES RELATED TO TRANSPORT, VISAS AND ACCOMMODATION.

If a Tourist eVisa application is unsuccessful for any reason, the applicant will not be entitled to a refund of the eVisa application fee. In such cases, we will advise the submission of a different visa type application, which will incur an additional cost to the applicant.


1.3 Documents
 
Applicants are required to submit all necessary documentation for processing at least 60 days before departure. If an applicant fails to settle their balance by the deadline but has provided the necessary documentation, they will have their documents returned and will lose their deposit as outlined in para. 1.1. If an applicant pays the balance but fails to provide the correct documentation in due time, their booking will be cancelled, resulting in the loss of their deposit and a portion of the package cost, as detailed in para. 1.6 below.


1.4 Behaviour
 
All applicants who travel with Mansak Tours Ltd are expected to behave in a manner which is conducive to the journey that they are making. Under no circumstances should travellers be involved in brawls, fights or arguments, or display behaviour which be seen as detrimental to the image of a pilgrim. Under no circumstances should anyone conduct themselves in a manner which causes distress, annoyance or harm to themselves or other members of the group or cause damage to person or property. If any member of the group is found to be behaving in such a manner, only one warning will be given which if not heeded, will result in the eviction of the said person from the accommodation and the return to the airport for return flights to country of origin. Under no circumstances will a refund of any proportion be given in such a case.


1.5 Change of Booking
 
Any applicant wishing to change their booking dates, to any other which Mansak Tours Ltd have available at said time of booking or shortly thereafter, must do so at least 60 days prior to departure. Alteration fees may apply for each person who makes a change in their booking options. Changes are subject to the discretion of Mansak Tours Ltd.


1.6 Cancellation
 
Each applicant is entitled to cancel their package booked through Mansak Tours Ltd providing that they give Mansak Tours Ltd a valid cancellation period as stated below. If the full payment has been received, then a refund as stated below, providing that an adequate cancellation time has been notified, will be paid. Persons who have yet to complete payment will be charged accordingly, should the cancellation notification period be less than that as stated below. Please note, all deposits are non-refundable and no correspondence will be entered into concerning this. The cancellation period does not include the preceding seven days prior to departure date.

  • Cancellation period of 80 days prior: Loss of deposit only

  • Cancellation period of 79-60 days prior: 50% of total cost

  • Cancellation period of 59-30 days prior: 80% of total cost

  • Cancellation period of 29 days or less prior: 100% of total cost

 
1.7 Difficulties

In the unlikely event that any applicant finds that there is some element of their package which they dislike and it is within the control of Mansak Tours Ltd, we will endeavour to correct such fault or report the problem to the proper authority for their immediate intervention. This does not include facilities which are beyond the control of Mansak Tours Ltd. Complaints which are not reported to us as they happen or become a nuisance will not, after the fact, be liable to any recompense from Mansak Tours Ltd. However, if there is a valid reason for not informing us of the problem, which constitutes to you not enjoying your pilgrimage package, we will report the fact to the proper authorities on our return or sooner.

Our Commitment

2.1 Booking and Tickets

Once a booking is confirmed and the deposit received, we will notify all applicants of their travel dates and times. We will send a confirmation to each applicant (or a lead applicant in case of a family/group booking). Upon receiving your tickets, please verify that all details, including names and spellings, are correct. Late amendments will incur a minimum fee of £30.00 per ticket (complete name changes may incur a higher fee). Passports and relevant documents for each traveller, including minors, must be submitted to Mansak Tours Ltd for visa processing. If passports and documents are not received 60 days prior to travel, as stated in para. 1.3, the bookings will be cancelled without notice. Additionally, each traveller must possess a valid vaccination certificate as per Saudi Arabian regulations for Hajj and Umrah pilgrims. If any of the above are not notified to us as within a specific time, we will not be liable to you for any difficulties which may arise.

2.2 Delays or Date Changes
 
As your agent, we commit to informing all applicants about any delays or changes in dates that occur before departure. Delays or cancellations of flights to or from the United Kingdom, resulting from adverse weather conditions, rescheduling times by the Airline, the Airport Authorities and/or action of Air Traffic Controllers, mechanical breakdown, strike or industrial action or otherwise, which are beyond our control.

However, you may be eligible to file a claim under your travel insurance policy, which we recommend checking before your trip.
 
Should there be any changes in departure dates by Mansak Tours Ltd, we will notify each applicant before the travel date. We reserve the right to alter the travel date.
 

2.3 Our Responsibility
 
Mansak Tours Ltd is dedicated to ensuring that your pilgrimage is conducted with minimum difficulties to the traveller. We strive to maintain all aspects of your journey to the acceptable standards, and we welcome reports of any unsatisfactory experiences as outlined in para. 1.7 above. We accept responsibility for any proven negligent acts and/or omissions by our employees when acting within their employment scope regarding claims resulting in death, bodily injury, or illness to you or any member of your party. Please note:

  • Liability will only be accepted if you can prove that the death, injury or illness was caused by the negligence of Mansak Tours Ltd and its employees.
     

  • No liability can be accepted for any negligent acts or omissions of sea or air carriers, whose responsibilities are governed by international convention which may limit or exclude liability.
     

  • We cannot accept any liability for loss, damage or expense arising from war, terrorism, threatened or actual civil unrest, closure of airports, industrial action, threatened or actual or any event outside our control where such events delay, extend or compel a change in pilgrimage arrangements.


2.4 Brochure Information
 
The information in our brochure was accurate at the time of publication. However, since the brochure is prepared well in advance, there may be changes or discontinuations in advertised facilities due to factors beyond our control. Details regarding ziyarah (sight-seeing tours) may also need to be modified due to unforeseen circumstances. The accommodation may change room and furniture arrangements without notice, especially during peak periods such as Hajj or Ramadan. It is important to align your expectations with what is described in our brochure and understand the limitations of Mansak Tours Ltd. We are not liable for any disappointment stemming from unrealistic expectations. Additionally, the availability of certain amenities may be restricted by local laws or religious observances. Maintenance activities and local conservation efforts may result in limitations on facilities like air conditioning or water supply, and severe weather may cause power outages. We do not accept liability for these restrictions or any loss or damage they may cause. The operation and supervision of overseas property, transport and other services are subject to local laws, regulations, standards and codes of practice of individual countries. The legal and safety requirements of many foreign countries are, of a lower standard than that of the UK. You should note that the standards imposed will be that of the country you are visiting and not of the UK.

Our accommodations in apartments and hotels are based on shared occupancy (individuals desiring private rooms must book in advance and make the appropriate payment).
 
Information about room conditions and facilities is provided by our agents in Saudi Arabia and has not been independently verified by us, although we strive to ensure that at the time of publication, the accommodations meet the highest possible standards within our limitations.


2.5 Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may revise or change these Terms (in whole or in part) from time to time and at any time without notice.

2.6 Financial Protection
 
All the flights and flight-inclusive holidays are financially protected by the ATOL scheme (Aerticket UK Ltd,
ATOL 12383).
